Booking Conditions
These conditions form the agreement between the Owner and the Guest for the holiday rental of Villa Eleni, Kassiopi, Corfu, Greece.
01 The Parties
Owner: The registered owner of Villa Eleni, Kassiopi, Corfu, Greece (details provided at the time of booking).
Guest: The person who makes the booking and accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the holiday party.
02 The Property
Villa Eleni is a private four-bedroom holiday villa located in Kassiopi, Corfu, Greece, with private swimming pool, terraces and all associated facilities as described in the property listing.
03 Booking and Deposit
A booking is confirmed when the Owner receives a deposit of 20% of the total rental cost. Dates are not held until this deposit is received.
The remaining balance of 80% is due no later than 60 days before the arrival date. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival require payment in full at the time of booking.
04 Payment
Payments are accepted by bank transfer or by credit/debit card through the secure payment link provided. All amounts are quoted and payable in Euros (EUR). Any bank charges incurred by the Guest in making payment are the Guest's responsibility.
05 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified to the Owner in writing. The following applies:
The Owner strongly recommends that Guests take out comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover, at the time of booking.
06 Occupancy and Use
The property is let for private residential holiday use only. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Exceeding this number is not permitted without prior written consent of the Owner.
The property may not be used for commercial purposes, events, parties or gatherings beyond the stated maximum occupancy. Sub-letting or assignment of the booking is not permitted.
07 Arrival and Departure
Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement with the Owner, subject to availability, and cannot be guaranteed.
08 Minimum Stay

Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the villa owners
09 Damage and Care of the Property
Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the property and its contents during their stay. Villa Eleni is a private home and we ask that it is treated as such.
We do not take a damage deposit. In the event that damage occurs beyond reasonable wear and tear, we would ask guests to contribute to the cost of repair or replacement. We will always contact guests before pursuing any such request.
